Chemical Process Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chemical Process Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. As a Chemical Process Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing processes and equipment for chemical production. Your main goal will be to optimize production processes and ensure efficiency, safety, and quality in all operations.

• Design and develop processes for chemical production based on project requirements
• Conduct research and experiments to improve existing processes or develop new ones
• Analyze data and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operation of processes
• Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to implement new equipment or modify existing ones
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all processes
• Monitor production performance and make recommendations for improvements
• Develop process documentation, including operating procedures, manuals, and reports
• Train technicians and operators on proper operation of equipment and processes
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards or issues in the production process

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Proven experience as a Chemical Process Engineer in a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of chemical engineering principles and theories
• Familiarity with process simulation software (e.g. Aspen Plus)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations for improvements
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of safety regulations and standards in chemical production
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
