Chemical Engineer - Process Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Chemical Engineer with experience in process optimization to join our team in Riyadh. As a Process Optimization Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving existing chemical processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with safety standards. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.

• Conduct detailed analysis of existing chemical processes and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement strategies for process optimization, including equipment upgrades, procedural changes, and automation solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality control, and safety to ensure smooth implementation of process improvements
• Monitor process performance and make adjustments as necessary to maintain optimal efficiency
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology related to chemical processes

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in process optimization within the chemical industry
• Strong understanding of chemical engineering principles and processes
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make sound recommendations for improvement
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to implement process changes
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Biometric passport required for international travel
