We are looking for a qualified Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys of land and properties, preparing detailed reports and maps of surveyed areas. You should be able to interpret survey photographs, aerial images and maps. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented and have excellent communication skills.

• Accurately measure distances using surveying equipment such as a total station or transits.
• Analyze survey data using specialized software programs.
• Draft detailed reports outlining survey results.
• Prepare maps and plans that accurately reflect surveyed data.
• Conduct research studies into land use regulations in order to assess feasibility of proposed projects.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs/requirements.

• A degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics or related field.
• Experience using total stations or transits.
• Knowledge of surveying software programs (AutoCAD).
• Ability to interpret aerial photographs and maps.
• Excellent math skills.
