Job Title:

Land Surveyor

Location:

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Salary: 1600 SAR/Month

• Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or Civil Engineering
• At least three years of experience as a land surveyor
• Knowledge of surveying principles and techniques
• Excellent math, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, maps, plans, aerial photographs, and other documents related to land surveys
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken English (and Arabic)
• Experience with AutoCAD software is an asset
• Valid driver’s license

• Conducting survey projects using advanced surveying equipment such as theodolites and GPS receivers
• Preparing survey reports and drawings for review by management
• Analyzing survey data to determine shapes, elevations, land areas, contours etc.
• Establishing fixed points for reference during the survey process
• Meeting with property owners to obtain permission to access their lands

We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys on commercial and residential properties. They must be able to interpret data accurately from blueprints, maps, plans, aerial photographs and other documents related to land surveys. The ideal candidate should possess excellent math skills as well as good problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of AutoCAD software is an asset.
