MEP Manager (Facilities Management

We are currently looking for an experienced MEP/Electrical Manager professional to join our client’s team in an Owner/Client-side capacity.

The role will be responsible for managing and overseeing all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities on behalf of the Owner/Client, ensuring that consultants and contractors deliver the works in accordance with approved designs, contractual requirements, project specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and agreed project schedules

• Oversee and monitor all MEP activities from the Owner’s perspective.
• Ensure consultants and contractors comply with approved designs, specifications, contractual requirements, and quality standards
• Monitor project progress and ensure MEP works are completed in line with approved schedules
• Review technical submissions, drawings, material submittals, and other MEP documentation
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders to resolve technical and interface issues
• Monitor quality and safety compliance throughout project execution
• Support testing, commissioning, project completion, and successful handover of MEP systems

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline
• 7–8 years of relevant experience
• Strong MEP technical and project coordination experience
• Previous experience overseeing consultants and contractors is highly desirable
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
• Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
