Fire Fighting System Project Manager – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

A reputable company in Riyadh is looking for an experienced Fire Fighting System Project Manager to lead the delivery of fire protection projects from initial planning through installation, testing, commissioning, and final handover.

This position is ideal for a project professional with solid experience in fire fighting systems, site execution, team leadership, and coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and technical teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for keeping projects on schedule while maintaining required quality, safety, and technical standards.

• Take overall responsibility for the execution of fire fighting and fire protection system projects.
• Plan and coordinate project activities from mobilization through completion and handover.
• Lead and supervise engineers, technicians, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Track project progress, schedules, manpower, materials, and site resources.
• Review drawings, technical specifications, method statements, and related project documents.
• Coordinate fire fighting system installation, inspection, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Ensure site work complies with approved drawings, specifications, safety procedures, and applicable fire protection requirements.
• Work closely with clients, consultants, main contractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
• Identify technical, operational, and scheduling issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly.
• Prepare project progress reports, updates, and other required documentation.
• Maintain effective communication between the project office and site teams.
• Support the successful completion of projects within the agreed schedule and required quality standards.

• Demonstrated experience managing fire fighting or fire protection system projects.
• Previous experience as a Project Manager, Project Engineer, or in a comparable senior project position.
• Strong practical knowledge of fire fighting system installation, testing, commissioning, and project execution.
• Proven ability to manage site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and project resources.
• Good understanding of project planning, scheduling, documentation, and progress monitoring.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple project requirements while maintaining attention to safety and quality.
• Relevant technical qualifications, professional certifications, or fire protection credentials will be an advantage.
