- Update project dashboards.
- Review cost reports.
- Update schedules.
- Review procurement status.
- Review invoices.
- Prepare management reports.
- CAPEX forecasting.
- KPI reporting.
- Cost variance analysis.
- Schedule performance review.
- Executive reporting.
- Deliver projects within approved budget & schedule.
- Maintain engineering quality and compliance.
- Optimize project CAPEX through value engineering.
- Minimize variation orders and commercial risks.
- Ensure timely procurement of long-lead items.
- Enhance project reporting and management visibility.
- Support continuous improvement of project controls and governance.
- 5–10 years of experience in project controls, engineering, EPC, or construction management.
- Experience with multi-project portfolio management
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Project planning and scheduling.
- Cost estimating and cost control.
