Senior Elv Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop reliable scalable and standards-compliant strong ELV system designs strong Prepare engineering calculations technical documentation equipment schedules and design deliverables Prepare and review strong shop drawings coordinated drawings as-built drawings single-line diagrams riser diagrams schematics and ELV layouts strong Perform strong design validation design verification and drawing reviews strong in coordination with consultants and obtain approvals Design and coordinate ELV systems including Structured Cabling Systems SCS Data Voice NetworksCCTV Surveillance Systems Access Control Systems ACS Intrusion Detection Systems IDS Public Address Voice Alarm PAVA Intercom Systems Master Clock SystemsIPTV SMATV MATVAudio Visual AV SystemsBMS Interfaces Parking Management Systems Perform system sizing cable routing equipment selection and technical coordination Review and approve strong ELV drawings BIM models and shop drawings strong Coordinate ELV designs with architectural structural HVAC electrical plumbing fire protection and ICT disciplines Develop and coordinate detailed strong BIM models from LOD 300 to LOD 400 strong Use strong Navisworks strong for clash detection design coordination and resolution of design conflicts Extract BOQ schedules and technical information from BIM models to support project planning and execution Participate in design reviews and client consultant meetings Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and designers Ensure project deliverables comply with project specifications client requirements applicable codes and engineering standards Support timely project delivery while maintaining design quality and coordination standards

• BE / BTech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in ELV Design Engineering, preferably with strong exposure to BIM, multidisciplinary coordination, and large-scale construction projects.
• Strong experience in ELV Design Engineering and BIM Coordination.
• Excellent knowledge of ELV systems and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Proficiency in:
  
  AutoCADRevit MEPNavisworks
  
  Experience in preparing detailed design drawings, shop drawings, coordinated drawings, and as-built documentation.
• Strong knowledge of BIM coordination and clash detection.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, clients, contractors, and other engineering disciplines.
• Strong technical documentation and communication skills.
