Process Manager

We are looking for an experienced Process Manager to lead the process engineering function for water, wastewater, and industrial wastewater treatment projects
.

The role will provide technical leadership across the full project lifecycle—from concept development and proposals through detailed engineering, commissioning support, and performance validation.

• Lead development of optimized water and wastewater treatment solutions.
• Lead and review process design, calculations, mass balances, hydraulic profiles, PFDs & P&IDs.
• Perform/review biological process simulations using Bio Win and membrane/RO projection tools.
• Lead and develop Process Engineering teams.
• Select, size, and specify process equipment.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.
• Support design reviews, HAZOP/HAZID, commissioning, troubleshooting, and plant performance verification.

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 15 years of experience in process engineering and design for water, wastewater, and industrial wastewater treatment projects
• Strong experience in a process leadership/management role
• Deep technical knowledge of RO, SWRO, UF, EDI, M , MB , S , activated sludge, industrial wastewater treatment, sludge treatment/dewatering
  , and related technologies
• Hands-on experience with Bio Win and recognized RO projection tools
• Experience with Aramco, NWC, EPC/EPCC projects, and Saudi water & wastewater projects is highly relevant.
