WSP in the Middle East is seeking for a motivated Saudi National currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering to join our Co-op Training Program in Riyadh. This opportunity will provide hands‑on experience supporting project teams, contributing to project delivery, and developing practical skills in a professional environment.

Responsibilities
  • Support project teams with day-to-day engineering and project-related activities.
  • Assist in preparing technical documents, drawings, reports, and presentations.
  • Participate in team meetings and project coordination activities.
  • Conduct research and data gathering to support project delivery.
  • Perform other tasks related to the assigned discipline under supervision.
Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Architectural Engineering.
  • Cooperative Training (COOP) must be a mandatory requirement for graduation.
  • Official university letter confirming the COOP requirement and training period.
  • Academic transcript.
  • Available for a training period of 3 months (subject to university requirements).
  • Eligible to register under the COOP program via Qiwa/HRDF where applicable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good academic standing.
