Lead the discipline-specific supervision activities and provide technical leadership to the supervision team ensuring that the Contractor s works comply with approved drawings specifications contract requirements and applicable standards

• Lead and coordinate the discipline supervision team
• Review Contractor s drawings technical submittals method statements RFIs and material submissions
• Supervise and verify Contractor s works for compliance with approved documents and specifications
• Coordinate discipline interfaces with other engineering teams and stakeholders
• Monitor construction progress and identify technical issues risks and deviations
• Review and support resolution of technical queries and site issues
• Conduct site inspections and ensure proper close-out of observations and NCRs
• Provide technical input to progress meetings and project reports

• Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering discipline.
• 12+ years of relevant experience , preferably in major construction/infrastructure projects.
• Minimum 5 years Previous experience in a Lead Engineer / Senior Lead Engineer or equivalent role.
• Strong knowledge of relevant codes, standards, specifications, and construction practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional engineering registration/accreditation where applicable.
• Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration
