The project is a major infrastructure programme for a mixed-use development aiming to be a global landmark recognized for its unique vision and position as an authentic destination in Riyadh. The community will be a distinct, self-sustaining hub for Riyadh offering several iconic assets. K will provide Project Management Consultancy services in project planning, controls, design and engineering management, and implementation of the development and early works packages.

K will provide Project Management Consultancy services in project planning, controls, design and engineering management, and implementation of the development and early works packages.
The RoleReports to the Senior Logistic Manager for logistics management of project sites.
Main Responsibilities- Develop, monitor and update the Project Logistics Management Plan
- Interface within the Operations and Logistics & Asset Management Team to ensure coordination and implementation of logistics works is in line with and supports the overall allocated project deliverables
- Supervise the logistics supply contractors
- Ensure that Contractors’ logistics management plans are in line with the requirements of the Project Logistics Management Plan
- Support the Construction Supervisors and Contractors to resolve security and logistics issues.
- Liaise strongly with the Engineering Team to assist in the development of design solutions that promote constructability and logistical requirements
- Monitoring and reporting on the performance of the construction supervisors and the contractors, including on QHS&E requirements.
- BSc construction management, engineering, architecture or equivalent.
- Minimum 15 years overall experience
- Minimum 5 years experience ins a similar role
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Middle east
- Knowledge of operational aspects of civil & infrastructure projects including roads, bridges and utilities with experience in construction management and practice
- Experience and skills of managing consultants and contractors
- User of MS Office
- Fluency in English language both written and spoken
- Arabic language skills
