Minimum 5 years of experience in Facilities Management and MEP Operations & Maintenance.
Responsibilities- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and building systems.
- Good understanding of Civil Engineering works related to facility operations.
- Experience in managing preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Ability to oversee MEP operations across multiple sites and projects.
- Experience in managing technical teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Strong knowledge of HSE, quality standards, and maintenance procedures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
