You will ensure civil works compliance and network expansion beyond data centers, with GCC regulatory awareness.
You'll lead route planning, supervise field contractors, secure RoW permits, maintain GIS and AutoCAD schematics, and perform site acceptance checks to verify adherence to national telecom
