WSP in the Middle East is seeking motivated Saudi National students currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline to join our Co-op Training Program in Riyadh.
Opportunities are available across disciplines including:
- Civil Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Landscape Engineering
- Architectural Engineering
- Other relevant engineering and technical disciplines
This opportunity will provide hands‑on experience supporting project teams, contributing to project delivery, and developing practical and professional skills within a multidisciplinary environment.
Responsibilities- Support project teams with day‑to‑day technical and project‑related activities.
- Assist in preparing technical documents, drawings, reports and presentations.
- Participate in team meetings and project coordination activities.
- Conduct research, data gathering and analysis to support project delivery.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Perform other tasks relevant to the assigned discipline under supervision.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in a relevant engineering, architecture, landscape or technical discipline.
- Cooperative Training (COOP) must be a mandatory requirement for graduation.
- Official university letter confirming the COOP requirement and training period.
- Academic transcript.
- Available for the required training period, subject to university requirements.
- Eligible to register under the COOP program via Qiwa/HRDF, where applicable.
- Good academic standing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to learn and work collaboratively within a professional environment.
