The LEED Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and monitoring all sustainability and LEED certification activities throughout the construction project, ensuring compliance with LEED requirements and supporting the achievement of the targeted certification level.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate LEED certification requirements with the project team.
- Monitor compliance with LEED prerequisites and targeted credits.
- Collect, review, and maintain LEED documentation and supporting evidence.
- Coordinate sustainable material submittals, waste management, and indoor environmental quality requirements.
- Liaise with the client, consultant, contractor, and LEED AP on sustainability matters.
- Track LEED progress and prepare status reports.
- Support LEED Online submissions and respond to review comments.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- LEED Green Associate or LEED AP certification preferred.
- Experience with LEED-certified construction projects is an advantage.
