Role Context The Sustainability Engineer will turn environmental objectives into practical programs that deliver measurable improvements in energy use, carbon emissions, water consumption, waste reduction, and resource efficiency. The position combines technical environmental analysis with implementation, performance monitoring, and cross-functional coordination. A central part of the role is establishing reliable evidence behind sustainability decisions. Environmental assessments, life cycle analysis, carbon calculations, operational data, and sustainability KPIs will be used to identify priorities and evaluate whether implemented initiatives are achieving their intended outcomes.

The engineer will also assess emerging technologies and sustainable practices for potential adoption. By connecting environmental performance with operational efficiency and regulatory compliance, the role will contribute to resilient projects and long-term sustainability objectives relevant to Saudi Arabia 's development agenda.

• Conduct environmental impact assessments across facilities, projects, and operational activities.
• Perform sustainability audits to identify environmental risks and improvement opportunities.
• Develop sustainability strategies supported by measurable objectives and implementation plans.
