Mechanical Engineer

On behalf of our client we are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to design, develop, test, and oversee the manufacturing of mechanical components and thermal systems.

In this role, you will apply principles of mechanics, thermodynamics, and materials science to solve complex technical problems, create 3D models, and bring products from concept to production. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams, production managers, and technicians to ensure all designs meet functional, safety, and quality standards.

• Mechanical Design & Modeling:
  Create detailed 3D CAD models, assembly drawings, and schematics for mechanical systems using tools like Solid Works, Inventor, or Creo.
• Analysis & Simulation:
  Perform Finite Element Analysis (FEA), Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), and stress/thermal calculations to validate structural integrity and performance.
• Prototyping & Testing:
  Build, test, and evaluate physical prototypes, analyzing performance data to refine and optimize mechanical designs.
• Manufacturing & Material Selection:
  Select appropriate materials, manufacturing processes, and tolerance standards to balance performance, reliability, and production costs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  
  Partner with electrical engineers, software developers, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless system integration and resolve technical issues during production.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology or a degree in a related field.
• Experience:
  
  0-1 years of hands-on experience in mechanical design, product development, or thermal/fluid system analysis.

Strong analytical problem-solving, project management skills, and clear technical communication.
