We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring for the position of Project Controls Manager in Turaif, Saudi Arabia
. The requirement is for a long-term Oil & Gas project with an indicated project duration of 4 years
. We are seeking experienced project controls professionals with a minimum of 15 years of Oil & Gas industry experience
.
- Lead project controls activities covering planning, scheduling, cost control, forecasting, and progress measurement.
- Develop and maintain integrated project schedules for major Oil & Gas project activities.
- Monitor actual project progress against approved baselines and identify schedule or cost deviations.
- Prepare periodic project controls reports, forecasts, progress dashboards, and management updates.
- Analyze project risks, schedule impacts, trends, and potential delays and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, commercial, and project management teams.
- Establish effective progress measurement and performance-monitoring systems.
- Support project leadership with reliable schedule, cost, forecast, and performance information for decision-making.
- Project Controls: Strong knowledge of integrated project controls practices for large Oil & Gas projects.
- Planning & Scheduling: Ability to develop, monitor, analyze, and control complex project schedules.
- Cost Control: Knowledge of budgets, commitments, forecasts, variances, and cost-performance monitoring.
- Progress Measurement: Ability to establish project progress measurement and performance reporting systems.
- Risk & Performance Analysis: Ability to identify project deviations, risks, trends, and corrective actions.
- Earned Value Management and advanced project performance analysis.
- Experience with major EPC/EPCM Oil & Gas projects.
- Experience with enterprise project planning and controls systems.
The posting requires a minimum of 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry
. Candidates should have substantial experience handling project controls functions on complex projects, with exposure to planning, cost, progress, forecasting, and management reporting.
- Minimum: Typical — Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline
- Preferred: Typical — Postgraduate qualification in Project/Construction Management
- Additional: Typical — PMP or recognized project controls/planning certification
