Procurement Engineer

Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including reviewing PRs, BOQs, and technical specifications, sourcing and evaluating qualified local and international suppliers, issuing RFQs, obtaining quotations, and preparing technical and commercial comparisons. Ensure supplier quotations comply with project technical requirements. Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, warranties, and commercial terms. Prepare and issue POs after obtaining the required approvals. Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery, evaluate supplier performance, and identify alternative suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.

Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier documentation. Ensure the best balance between technical compliance, cost, quality, and delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Communication Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• Technical knowledge of ELV, Security Systems, and IT/Network Systems

• Experience in procurement and supplier management is preferred.
• Procurement or Supply Chain certification is preferred.
• Relevant certifications in ELV, Networking, or Security Systems are an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office

• Experience using ERP / Procurement Systems
  .
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
