Electrical Engineer – Technical Office

To provide technical support for electrical systems across diverse construction projects, ensuring accurate documentation, timely coordination, and compliance with design standards and authority regulations. The engineer will act as a key link between design, procurement, and site execution teams.

• Review architectural and structural drawings to extract the electrical scope.
• Prepare and update shop drawings, load schedules, and single-line diagrams.
• Ensure drawings meet project specifications and local authority codes.

• Prepare material submittals and technical comparisons.
• Issue purchase requests and follow up on supplier deliveries.
• Verify material compliance with approved specifications.

• Maintain logs for drawings, RFIs, submittals, and approvals.
• Prepare as-built drawings and technical documentation for handover.
• Support in preparing progress reports and billing documentation.

• Liaise with consultants, site engineers, and subcontractors to resolve design conflicts.
• Attend coordination meetings and contribute to technical planning.
• Ensure electrical systems meet safety, healthcare, and residential standards.

• The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
• Proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office is essential. Familiarity with AutoCAD
