We are looking for an experienced MEP Testing & Commissioning Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, BMS, and ELV systems. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, testing, troubleshooting, and completing commissioning activities to ensure smooth project delivery and handover.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and manage testing and commissioning activities for all MEP systems.
- Prepare commissioning procedures, method statements, checklists, and testing documents.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Carry out pre-commissioning inspections and confirm systems are ready for testing.
- Supervise and witness testing of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, fire alarm, BMS, and ELV systems.
- Ensure installations meet approved drawings, specifications, project requirements, and applicable codes and standards.
- Identify system issues and coordinate with the relevant teams for corrective actions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during testing and commissioning.
- Prepare testing reports, commissioning records, as-built documents, O&M manuals, and handover documents.
- Coordinate integrated system testing and final acceptance with consultants and clients.
- Ensure testing and commissioning activities are completed as per quality, HSE, and project schedules.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- 8+ years of experience in MEP Testing & Commissioning.
- Experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is preferred.
- Good knowledge of international testing, commissioning, and handover standards.
