Key Responsibilities

Manage the overall operations of the Design Office across all regional offices
Coordinate and integrate the work of all Discipline Heads
Architecture
Structural
Civil
MEP
Infrastructure
BIM
etc
Ensure timely delivery of design projects in line with quality budget and schedule requirements
Monitor resource utilization and optimize workload distribution across offices
Establish and enforce engineering standards design procedures and QA QC processes
Lead multidisciplinary design coordination meetings and resolve technical issues
Drive continuous improvement digital engineering and BIM initiatives
Prepare management reports resource forecasts and performance dashboards for senior leadership

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture (Master's degree preferred). 20+ years of experience in multidisciplinary engineering design consultancy. Minimum 8 10 years in a leadership role managing large Design Offices. Proven experience coordinating multiple engineering disciplines and international design teams. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project delivery skills.
