Weare seeking an experienced and results-driven Chief Surveyor tolead and coordinate surveying activities for our road and infrastructure project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

• Bachelor’sor Master’s degree in Geomatics Engineering or Surveying Engineering froman accredited university.
• 15+years of experience in infrastructure projects such as bridges,underpasses, overpasses, roads, and highways.
• Minimum5+ years of proven experience as a Chief Surveyor, managing surveyingteams on large-scale infrastructure works.
• Excellentcommand of English (written and spoken);
  Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in surveying equipment, including GPS, Total Station, andlevelling instruments.
• Advanced proficiency in surveying software, including:
  Autodesk Civil 3D, Autodesk Infra Works , Trimble Business Center, Leica Infinity, Drone Survey.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

• Leadand manage all surveying activities on roads and bridges construction,ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and specifications, whichenhances project integrity and safety.
• Develop and implement surveying methodologies and protocols to improve accuracy and efficiency, utilizing advanced surveying tools and software to achieveprecise measurements.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to define project scope and objectives, ensuring alignment with overall construction goals and timelines.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify potential surveyingchallenges, providing solutions that mitigate risks and enhance project delivery.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation of surveying findings, ensuring thatall data is accurately recorded and accessible for future reference andaudits.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and contractors,to facilitate smooth project execution and compliance with all legal requirements.
• Utilize Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to analyze site data and create detailed maps and models that support project planning and execution.
