Telecom OSS Architect / Designer
, you will be a senior technical authority within our Connectivity & Network Engineering practice, leading the architecture and design of complex OSS solutions for major telecoms clients in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical delivery, working closely with client stakeholders, engineering teams, and vendor partners to define and implement best-in-class OSS ecosystems.

• Leading end-to-end OSS architecture and design across Network Inventory Management, Performance Management, and Fault/Event Management domains — defining solution blueprints, integration frameworks, and technical roadmaps aligned to client business objectives and industry best practices such as TM Forum frameworks (eTOM, TAM, SID).
• Driving the design and implementation of Network Inventory solutions, including physical, logical, and service inventory modelling, ensuring accurate and real-time representation of network assets across multi-vendor, multi-technology environments (2G/3G/4G/5G, Fixed, IP/MPLS).
• Architecting Performance and Fault Management solutions, overseeing the design of KPI frameworks, threshold management, alarm correlation, and root cause analysis capabilities — enabling proactive network operations and minimising service impact for telecoms operators.
• Engaging directly with senior client stakeholders to gather and translate complex business and operational requirements into detailed technical specifications, solution architectures, and HLD/LLD documentation, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Leading and governing OSS integration design, defining interfaces and APIs between OSS platforms and adjacent systems including BSS, NMS, EMS, and emerging cloud-native network management platforms — ensuring seamless data flows and operational continuity across the network operations ecosystem.
• Providing technical leadership and mentoring to a team of OSS engineers and designers, conducting design reviews, driving quality assurance of technical deliverables, and ensuring architectural consistency and compliance with agreed standards across project work streams.
• Supporting pre-sales and solutioning activities, contributing to RFP/RFI responses, technical proposals, and solution demonstrations — bringing deep domain expertise to help shape and win new opportunities across the KSA and wider Middle East telecoms market.

We are looking for a highly experienced and driven Telecom OSS Architect who combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership capability and a collaborative approach.

• 12+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with a strong focus on OSS architecture, design, and delivery — including proven expertise in at least two of the following domains:
  Network Inventory Management, Performance Management, and Fault/Event Management systems, ideally in large-scale, multi-vendor operator environments.
• Deep hands‑on knowledge of OSS platforms and tools, such as IBM Tivoli Netcool, Nokia Net Act, Ericsson ENM/ENIQ, Huawei iMAC/U2000, Comarch OSS, or similar — combined with strong understanding of OSS/BSS integration patterns, mediation layers, and data modelling…
