Manage a self-directing, multi-skilled team to maximise operational availability and efficiency of Engineering Plant and Equipment to meet internal customer needs within management performance parameters ensuring adherence to defined Safety and Quality Standards

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
• 4 - 6 experiences in same industry and similar position
• Experience in Maintenance Engineering
• Excellent written and spoken of Arabic / English

• Manage break downs and maintenance during his shift to meet the internal customer requirement-ensuring adherence to the defined safety and Quality standards
• Co-ordinate the execution of planned preventive maintenance task to ensure equipment's perform as required.
• Review of the equipment deficiencies and take corrective action
• Ensure operation is within the budget.
• Identify training needs of maintenance technicians and ensure that the required skills inventory is in the place
