Senior Business Development Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Proposal professional to join our team in the aerospace and defense sector, with strong experience managing technical and commercial proposals end-to-end.

• Develop, review and integrate technical and business proposal content, compliance responses, assumptions and supporting documentation
• Review RFPs/RFQs/SOWs to identify requirements, deliverables, evaluation criteria, constraints, risks and clarification needs
• Coordinate technical, pricing, commercial and cross-functional inputs, and maintain compliance matrices, schedules, action trackers and submission controls
• Support solution development, proposal reviews, customer clarifications, presentations and negotiations as required
• Perform proposal quality/compliance checks and support reusable content, templates, lessons learned and continuous improvement

• Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical, Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or another relevant Engineering discipline
• Saudi Council of Engineers registration, APMP, PMP/CAPM, contracts/tendering, government-procurement or relevant aviation/technical certifications are advantageous

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience with meaningful exposure to bids, proposals, technical business work, engineering, MRO, aviation, aerospace, defense or another technically complex project environment
• Senior-level proposal responsibility, strong technical/business writing and cross-functional coordination experience are preferred
