The Project

This project offers the chance to join a talented Mace team in delivering an ultra-luxury residential and hospitality project with significant civils and infrastructure scope, collaborating with renowned architects and global consultants. The project involves extensive infrastructure, landscape and built assets, delivered rapidly through Mace as a hands‑on Project Management Consultant with FIDIC Engineer responsibility. Manages the commercial delivery of work packages, partnering with package managers and the project commercial lead to protect margin, control cost, and drive performance through robust risk and opportunity management.

  • You will manage design and wider consultant teams in a collaborative manner to ensure effective completion of responsibilities.
  • You will lead and manage the project team and relevant stakeholders to achieve strategic project key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • You will actively network, innovate, and seek understanding of best practice, utilising the full depth of knowledge of Mace Group, the Centres of Excellence, Mace Way Control Centre and Knowledge Hub.
Your Responsibilities
  • Champion safety, wellbeing, inclusivity and responsible delivery across every project.
  • Deliver projects through clear planning, quality systems and strong stakeholder collaboration.
  • Supervise change and commercial performance with integrity.
  • Lead teams to achieve KPIs, share best practice and unlock potential across Mace.
  • Manage subcontract packages from procurement through to final account.
  • Prepare tender documentation, administer tenders and support material procurement.
  • Report commercial performance, cost control, change, risk and opportunity to protect margin.
  • Collaborate across teams to drive value engineering, reduce carbon and deliver shared outcomes.
You’ll Need To Have
  • A degree in quantity surveying/cost management (or equivalent).
