We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries and prepare accurate maps and reports for construction projects. • Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
• Analyze survey data to identify potential issues and ensure accuracy of results
• Prepare detailed maps and reports using computer-aided design (CAD) software
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to gather information and ensure project requirements are met
• Maintain accurate records of survey data and equipment maintenance logs
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other team members to provide updates on project progress

• Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a land surveyor
• Proficient in the use of total stations, GPS receivers, and CAD software
• Strong understanding of surveying principles and techniques
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Indian national with valid passport

We offer a competitive salary package of 900$ per month plus visa sponsorship.
