We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate should have expertise in land surveying, with a strong understanding of surveying principles and techniques. The candidate should also be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Overview:
The position offers a salary of 1500. We are open to considering foreign applicants.

• The Land Surveyor's main duties include, but are not limited to, surveying land boundaries and creating detailed maps using technical equipment
• measuring the size and shape of land parcels
• researching legal documents related to the property
• establishing boundary lines according to legal descriptions
• interpreting and verifying measurements made by other surveyors
• analyzing data collected through surveys and preparing reports on findings
• working with clients to determine their needs and requirements
• providing advice on development plans

• The ideal candidate should possess at least 3 years of relevant experience as a Land Surveyor, along with a degree in Geomatics or a related field
• We are looking for an individual who is organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and has excellent problem-solving skills
• Additionally, the candidate must be capable of working outdoors in all weather conditions for long periods of time
• Fluency in English is essential for this role
