We are looking for an experienced Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will receive a salary of 1000 SAR per month and will be responsible for surveying land, buildings, and other structures in order to create accurate plans and maps.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Surveying or relevant field
• At least 3 years of experience as a surveyor, preferably in Riyadh
• Comprehensive knowledge of land surveying methods and principles
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to interpret legal documents such as title deeds, contracts, etc.
• Fluency in English language (verbal & written) is mandatory

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Conducting surveys using various tools and technologies such as total station, GPS systems, drones etc.
• Compiling data from sources such as aerial photographs, satellite images etc.
• Creating maps based on gathered data
• Preparing detailed reports on survey findings
• Maintaining accurate records of collected data
