Join a 172-person Riyadh contracting group with its own earthmoving and haulage fleet as it opens a mineral-exploration line.
You will lead the exploration programme end to end: target generation and desk study, field mapping and sampling, trenching and drill supervision, resource assessment, and the work programmes, spending plans and technical reports that support licence applications with the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources.
First focus is industrial minerals in central Saudi Arabia: feldspathic sand first, then gypsum and related evaporite and carbonate deposits, with fleet and full field support behind you.

Salary: SAR 18,000–25,000 per month (total package; final figure by experience grade)

Job Specification- Bachelor's degree or higher in Geology (Geophysics or Geochemistry also accepted).
- More than 5 years of hands‑on MINERAL EXPLORATION experience (field mapping, sampling, trenching or drilling programmes)—production, geotechnical, petroleum or well-site experience alone does not meet this requirement.
- Currently in Saudi Arabia—Saudi national, or expatriate on a transferable iqama.
- Able to prepare exploration work programmes, spending plans and technical reports to Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources standards.
- Arabic and English.
- Valid Saudi driving licence and willingness to work in the field.
- Preferred: experience with industrial minerals—feldspar, silica sand, kaolin, gypsum, anhydrite, limestone or other evaporite and carbonate deposits.
