• Studying the physical and chemical properties and components of agricultural soil, and following up on the examination of plant, soil and irrigation water samples and analyzing their results.
• Studying and testing suitable fertilizer types and evaluating crop response. Studying irrigation systems and selecting the most appropriate one, such as surface, sprinkler, center pivot, or localized irrigation, and designing agricultural irrigation and drainage networks and plans, and monitoring installation procedures.
• Evaluating and developing the efficiency of irrigation systems.
