The Arab Sustainable Architecture Engineering Consulting Company announced through the Taqat employment portal vacant engineering positions to work in Riyadh with a salary of 7000 riyals according to the following conditions and benefits.

Topographic and geological study of the construction site and soil testing results, preparation of structural designs, follow-up on the preparation and review of structural plans, follow-up on the preparation of bills of quantities and specifications for construction materials, supervision of project implementation and compliance with specifications, and preparation of specialized documents and reports on the results of the work.

Responsibilities:

• A topographical and geological study of the construction site and the results of soil testing, a study of the project's requirements and architectural plans, determining the necessary foundation depths for the project, and conducting a comprehensive structural analysis of its elements.
• Preparing project designs, following up on the preparation and review of construction plans, and reviewing bills of quantities and specifications.
• Supervising project implementation and ensuring compliance with specifications
• Developing work methods and procedures and keeping up with technological developments.
• Preparing, presenting, explaining, and storing documents and reports related to engineering works and projects, their progress, and their storage in their respective databases, in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
• Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, specializing in Architecture and Planning.
• Arabic is spoken professionally, and English is spoken at an intermediate level.
• License from the Saudi Council of Engineers.
