An architect is responsible for designing new buildings or extensions, or modifying existing buildings, as well as providing consultation on the restoration and preservation of older properties. They also participate in selecting suitable sites for projects and overseeing construction work according to the highest engineering standards.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Project design and management

Creating architectural designs for various construction projects.

Managing the design team, selecting appropriate materials, and developing technical specifications.

Preparing engineering drawings, full-size models, and digital models.

Assistance in selecting suitable contractors for projects.

Monitoring the implementation of the design by the contractor and ensuring compliance with specifications.

Providing technical support during the various stages of implementation.

Documentation and Reporting

Preparing documents and reports specializing in engineering projects.

Monitoring progress rates and submitting periodic reports.

Data is stored in databases according to approved policies.

Required conditions and qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Architecture.
(Adherence to the specified specialization is required; other specializations will not be accepted.)

Practical experience:

At least 5 years of experience in the field of architecture.

Certificates and licenses (preferred)

Project Management Professional (PMP)

Project Management (PMI)

Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS)

Professional in Human Resources – International (PHRi)

Required skills:

Advanced experience in construction and building works

Professional skills in design and engineering

The ability to prepare reports and monitor

Mastering document preparation and database management

Proficiency in designing new tools and buildings

Proficiency in both Arabic and English at an advanced level
