Job SummarySustainable Technology Company for Energy (STCE) is looking for a motivated Saudi Site Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will support the execution and supervision of site activities, coordinate with project teams and contractors, and ensure that work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and monitor daily site activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of work.
- Review drawings, technical documents, and project specifications.
- Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports.
- Monitor project progress and report any delays, issues, or technical concerns.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with engineers and project managers to resolve technical and site-related issues.
- Assist in material inspections and ensure materials comply with approved specifications.
- Maintain accurate site records, documentation, and progress reports.
- Support the implementation of project schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Perform other engineering and site-related duties as assigned by management.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
- Saudi National.
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience
. - Valid registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and engineering drawings.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Good command of English.
- Willingness to work on-site and conduct field inspections.
- Cooperative training or internship experience in construction, energy, electrical, mechanical, or related engineering projects.
- Basic knowledge of project management and HSE requirements.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
