The successful candidate will coordinate site activities, supervise labor, conduct site inspections, prepare documentation, and work with AutoCAD drawings. Responsibilities also include handling material submittals, inspection requests, Material Inspection Requests (MIRs), Work Inspection Requests (WIRs), and handover documentation.
Applicants must have a valid driving license and a transferable Iqama. The advertised salary is SAR 4,000–5,000 per month, including basic salary and housing allowance (HRA). A company-provided car is included, while accommodation must be arranged independently by the employee.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate daily mechanical site activities and communicate with relevant project teams.
- Supervise site work to ensure activities follow project requirements and schedules.
- Manage labor allocation and monitor workforce productivity.
- Maintain accurate site documentation and project records.
- Conduct site inspections and follow up on identified issues.
- Read, interpret, and work with AutoCAD drawings.
- Prepare and coordinate material submittals for approval.
- Manage Material Inspection Requests (MIRs) and Work Inspection Requests (WIRs).
- Maintain inspection records and support the preparation of handover documentation.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to support smooth site execution and project completion.
- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Practical knowledge of mechanical site coordination and supervision.
- Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings.
- Experience with site inspections and project documentation.
- Familiarity with material submittals and inspection request procedures.
- Knowledge of MIRs, WIRs, and handover documentation.
- Ability to coordinate site activities and manage labor.
- Valid driving license is mandatory.
- Transferable Iqama is required.
- Ability to work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Monthly Salary: SAR 4,000–5,000, including basic salary and housing allowance (HRA).
