We are looking for a passionate leader to drive the design, delivery, and integration of power supply systems for major rail infrastructure projects. As a senior professional, you will guide multidisciplinary teams, ensuring technical excellence and operational reliability while contributing to Alstom’s mission of sustainable mobility.

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of traction power supply systems, ensuring scalability and compliance with international standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to align project milestones and optimize resource allocation.
• Ensure system reliability through rigorous testing, validation, and risk management processes using tools like ETAP and SCADA.
• Drive innovation by integrating energy-efficient technologies and digital monitoring solutions into project execution.
• Foster knowledge sharing across teams, promoting best practices in project management and technical excellence.

You’ll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.

• Proficiency in managing complex rail electrification or traction power projects using PMBOK or PRINCE2 frameworks.
• Strong understanding of power distribution systems, substations, and overhead catenary systems.
• Experience with project planning tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Knowledge of safety, quality, and environmental standards relevant to large-scale infrastructure projects.

• On-time, on-budget delivery of project milestones aligned with strategic goals.
• Effective cross-functional collaboration and leadership across engineering and delivery teams.
• Reduction in technical defects and improved operational efficiency through proactive risk management.
