Job DescriptionWe are seeking a qualified Building Envelope Commissioning Agent BECxA Architectural Engineer with at least 5 years of experience and credentials as a LEED Accredited Professional LEED AP or Mostadam Accredited Professional Mostadam AP
Key Performance Areas- Condensation Control Ensure testing and design verification prevent moisture formation and condensation risks within envelope assemblies
- Water Ingress Oversee advanced field testing for water penetration leakage and waterproofing performance
- Air Infiltration Direct and verify air tightness testing to control unconditioned air leakage through the building enclosure
- Thermal Bridging Analyze and verify envelope details and insulation continuity to eliminate thermal bridging path issues
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline.
5+ years of related experience LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) or Mostadam Accredited Professional (Mostadam AP) certification (preferred)
