Kafou Energy is looking for an experienced BMS Project Testing amp Commissioning Engineer to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering high-quality Building Management System BMS projects The role involves execute testing commissioning and troubleshooting BMS systems including field devices controllers networks and system integrations Conduct functional performance testing ensure compliance with project specifications coordinate with project teams and clients and prepare commissioning reports and handover documentation while supporting system optimization and issue resolution The ideal candidate should have previous experience in BMS testing and commissioning Strong knowledge of HVAC controls BMS platforms communication protocols troubleshooting and technical drawings with good teamwork and communication skills
ResponsibilitiesExecute testing commissioning and troubleshooting of BMS systems Verify field devices controllers networks and system integrations Conduct functional performance testing and ensure compliance with project specifications Coordinate with project managers engineers subcontractors and clients during commissioning activities Prepare commissioning reports test documentation and handover packages Support site activities system optimization and issue resolution
RequirementsBachelor s Degree in Electrical Electronics Instrumentation Automation or related Engineering discipline Minimum 3u20135 years of experience in BMS testing and commissioning projects Strong knowledge of HVAC controls BMS architecture and field instrumentation Experience with leading BMS platforms such as Schneider Electric Honeywell Siemens Johnson Controls or similar systems Good understanding of communication protocols including BACnet Modbus and Lon Works Ability to read and interpret control drawings sequences of operation and technical specifications Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Willingness to travel and work on project sites as required Good Knowledge of MS office Project Word amp PPT Excel is required Good English writing amp communication skills

The ideal candidate should have previous experience in BMS testing and commissioning. Strong knowledge of HVAC controls, BMS platforms, communication protocols, troubleshooting, and technical drawings, with good teamwork and communication skills. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, or related Engineering discipline. Minimum 3u20135 years of experience in BMS testing and commissioning projects. Strong knowledge of HVAC controls, BMS architecture, and field instrumentation.
Experience with leading BMS platforms such as , Schneider Electric, Honeywell, Siemens, Johnson Controls, or similar systems. Good understanding of communication protocols including BACnet, Modbus, and Lon Works. Ability to read and interpret control drawings, sequences of operation, and technical specifications. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Willingness to travel and work on project sites as required.
Good Knowledge of MS office (Project, Word & PPT, Excel) is required. Good English writing & communication skills.
