We are pleased to announce the opening of applications for the MEMF Empowering Saudi Program (MESP) – Electrical Engineering Graduate Program at MEMF Electrical Industries Co.

MESP is a structured development program designed to provide fresh Saudi Electrical Engineering graduates with practical industry exposure, technical development, and hands-on experience within the electrical manufacturing sector.

Through a structured On-the-Job Training (OJT) journey, participants will gain practical experience across MEMF’s operations, work closely with experienced professionals, and develop the technical and professional competencies required to build a strong career in the electrical industry.
