Cost Risk amp ComplianceControl budgets claims variations schedule risks and corrective actions Enforce Maaden HSE permit-to-work regulatory and building-code requirements
Contractor amp Stakeholder PerformanceDrive contractor delivery safety quality resourcing and contractual performance Align FM Engineering Procurement HSE Finance users and service providers on decisions

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Architectural or Facilities Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of relevant FM project delivery, engineering coordination or construction supervision experience. Experience in renovation, fit-out, infrastructure, maintenance or service-improvement projects.
