The center of alfanar’s industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.

Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar’s facilities.

The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.

Support project execution by developing accurate demand forecasts, coordinating material requirements, and ensuring alignment between engineering inputs and supply chain planning. Monitor demand trends and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resource availability for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Demand Forecasting and Analysis:

• Prepare detailed demand forecasts based on project schedules, engineering inputs, and historical consumption data.
• Analyze forecast accuracy and adjust plans to reflect changes in project scope or timelines.

Project Coordination:

• Collaborate with project managers, engineering teams, and procurement to validate material and resource requirements.
• Align demand planning activities with project milestones to avoid delays or shortages.

Material Planning and Follow-up:

• Convert demand forecasts into material planning actions and follow up with procurement and warehouse teams.
• Track material availability and elevate potential delays to ensure continuous project progress.

Data Management and Reporting:

• Maintain updated records of demand forecasts, material plans, and actual usage for each project.
• Generate regular reports on forecast accuracy, material readiness, and planning performance.

Process Optimization:

• Identify gaps in the demand planning process and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Support the implementation of planning tools and systems related to project-based forecasting.

Cross-Functional Communication:

• Coordinate with engineering, production, and logistics teams to validate material readiness and planning assumptions.
• Communicate forecast updates, deviations, and risks to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.

• Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job

Delivery:

• Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
• Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
• Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.

Problem-Solving:

• Solve any related problems arise and elevate any complex operational issues.

Quality:

• Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.

Business Process Improvements:

• Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.

• Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.
