On-site Position Overview Parsons Corporation is seeking a capable Traffic Signal and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) Field Support Engineer to support a major traffic management and ITS program in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will develop, review, and maintain technical procedures, standards, and documentation governing the installation, maintenance, testing, commissioning, and operation of traffic signal and ITS field equipment.

Working closely with the Traffic Control Center, technical leads, field teams, contractors, and equipment suppliers, the engineer will provide technical guidance and quality oversight to ensure field activities comply with approved designs, procedures, and project requirements. The role covers traffic signal controllers, vehicle detection systems, CCTV, Extra Low Voltage (ELV) equipment, communications infrastructure, and electrical power and backup systems. This is primarily a technical support, procedural review, and field quality oversight position rather than a hands‑on installation or maintenance role.

Regular site attendance across the project area is expected to observe, review, and support field activities.

• Develop, review, and maintain technical procedures for traffic signal and ITS field equipment.
