  • Support development, implementation, and maintenance of cost control systems and Earned Value Management (EVM).

  • Assess the cost impact of pre-contract and post-contract design and construction changes.

  • Assist in establishing and monitoring budgets, commitments, expenditures, and estimates at completion (EAC).

  • Prepare and issue monthly cost reports for internal and Client review.

  • Review Interim Payment Applications (IPAs/IPCs) after PMCM checks, focusing on quantities, measurement rules, valuation logic, and alignment with contractual entitlements.

  • Review and quantify Change Orders, variations, and claims, performing quantity take-offs, cost impact assessments, and alignment with baseline budgets.

  • Update and maintain program-level cash flow forecasts.

  • Develop dashboards, presentations, and analytical summaries using charts and visual tools to communicate project status.

  • Participate in Client, PMCM and contractor meetings and preparing presentations as required.

  • Provide guidance, mentoring, and quality review of work prepared by junior cost engineers or estimators.

  • Ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency in all cost related deliverables.

  • Coordinate with internal project teams, contractors, and PMCMs to ensure alignment on cost-related matters.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring:
