Senior ELV​/ICT Engineer

We are looking for an experienced ELV Engineer with 10–15 years of experience in hospitality projects and high-rise buildings, with strong technical knowledge of ICT and Security Systems and proven experience in reviewing engineering submittals, coordinating with contractors and project teams, and supervising ELV works on site.

• 10–15 years of relevant experience.
• Degree in MEP / ELV Engineering.
• Experience in hospitality projects and high-rise buildings.
• Strong knowledge of ICT and Security Systems, including but not limited to:
• IPTV, BMS, Fire Alarm, Public Address, and Audio-Visual Systems.
• GRMS (Guest Room Management Systems) and healthcare systems.
• Parking Management, Digital Signage, and Telephony Systems.
• Data Networks, Equipment Rack Elevations, Structured Cabling, and ISP/OSP construction methodologies.
• Control Rooms and Active & Passive Equipment.

• Review, comment on, and approve contractors’ ELV engineering submittals.
• Review contractors’ construction documents, including pre-qualifications, proposals, Method Statements, ITPs, ELV materials, shop drawings, and technical details submissions.
• Review and respond to contractors’ RFIs related to ELV works.
• Coordinate with the project senior team across other disciplines to ensure proper coordination of work.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure proper execution of ELV works by the contractor.
