Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily technical operations across commercial batch plants, field laboratories, and active project sites.
- Oversee QC teams, testing protocols, raw material compliance, and standard deviation performance to maintain high product quality and SASO standards.
- Coordinate concrete mix design evaluations, trial mixes, and optimizations (SCMs, mass concrete, SCC, low-heat mixes).
- Provide expert on-site technical support for mega-pours, consultant meetings, and customer troubleshooting.
- Act as the vital link between frontline technical teams and executive management while maintaining established systems and team dynamics.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Engineering, or Concrete Technology.
Experience:
8-12+ years of technical & QC experience in the ready-mix concrete industry, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory role.
Local Knowledge:
Strong hands-on experience in Saudi Arabia / GCC, including hot-weather concreting, regional raw materials, and international standards (ACI, ASTM, BS EN, SBC).
Certifications (Advantageous): NMRCA (CTME), ACI Field/Lab Technician, or ISO 9001 internal auditor.
Skills:
Strong leadership, analytical data evaluation, and excellent technical reporting skills.
Pay: ﷼15,000.00 - ﷼20,000.00 per month
