Senior Project Manager Greenfield Industrial Project

Sika is undertaking a major strategic investment involving the construction of a new manufacturing facility and the consolidation of existing operations in Saudi Arabia. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven strong Project Manager strong to lead the full lifecycle of these projects from concept development and design through construction commissioning start-up and final handover. The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise in industrial construction with proven project management capabilities to ensure projects are delivered safely on time within budget and in accordance with Sika s global standards and business objectives.

• Project Leadership amp Planning:
  Lead the planning engineering execution and delivery of greenfield industrial construction and site consolidation projects.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project execution plans schedules budgets risk registers and resource plans.
• Define project scope objectives milestones and deliverables in alignment with business requirements.
• Coordinate activities across multidisciplinary teams including engineering operations procurement finance HSE and quality functions.
• Ensure effective project governance and reporting throughout all project phases.
• Project Execution amp Site Management:
  Manage all construction activities to ensure compliance with approved designs technical specifications company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor project progress against schedule budget and quality objectives implementing corrective actions when necessary.
• Conduct regular site inspections progress reviews and project meetings.
• Oversee contractor and subcontractor performance ensuring contractual obligations quality standards and timelines are achieved.
• Manage project changes claims risks and mitigation plans.
• Project Controls amp Coordination:
  Implement robust project controls covering planning scheduling cost control reporting and risk management.
• Utilize project management tools such as strong Primavera P6 strong and or strong Microsoft Project strong to track performance and project deliverables.
• Coordinate engineering procurement construction commissioning and operational readiness activities.
• Ensure seamless communication and coordination between all project stakeholders.
• Commissioning amp Handover:
  Lead plant commissioning start-up testing and operational readiness activities.
• Ensure all systems are handed over in accordance with project specifications and operational requirements.
• Coordinate training documentation punch-list closure and final acceptance processes.
• Support transition from project execution to plant operations.
• Stakeholder Management:
  Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external project stakeholders.
• Liaise with consultants contractors suppliers government authorities and regulatory agencies.
• Provide regular project status updates risk assessments and financial reports to senior management.
• Ensure alignment between project objectives and broader business strategies.
• Governance Compliance amp HSE:
  Ensure full compliance with Saudi Arabian regulations permitting requirements industry standards and Sika policies.
• Promote and maintain a strong Safety Health Environment and Sustainability HSES culture throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure adherence to quality management procedures and corporate governance standards.
• Maintain effective risk management practices and ensure project documentation is properly controlled and maintained.

• Bachelor s Degree in strong Civil Engineering Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering Construction Management or a related discipline strong.
• strong PMP Project Management Professional Certification is mandatory strong.
• Additional certifications in project management construction management or engineering disciplines are advantageous.

• 10 12 years of relevant industrial project management experience strong including significant exposure to strong greenfield manufacturing or industrial facility projects strong.
• Proven experience delivering multi-million-dollar capital projects from concept through commissioning and handover.
• Experience with in manufacturing chemical construction materials industrial production or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies project controls budgeting scheduling and risk management.
