2019s degree in civil engineering or a related field - 5-7 years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on large-scale infrastructure or construction projects
- Experience managing teams overseeing technical aspects of design and construction and ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Professional Engineer PE certification or equivalent is highly desirable
- Additional certifications in project management safety management e g NEBOSH OSHA or quality control e g Six Sigma are beneficial
- Advanced knowledge of civil engineering design construction and materials
- Strong leadership and team management skills Expertise in project planning and resource allocation
- Proficiency in civil engineering software e g AutoCAD Civil 3D Revit
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations Ability to manage budgets timelines and quality standards
- Experience with contract management and negotiations
