- Develop and maintain baseline and updated project schedules in Primavera P6 for large-scale mixed-use and infrastructure projects
- Monitor progress against the baseline
- analyse the critical path and recommend recovery measures for delays
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports
- look-ahead schedules
- S-curves and dashboards for management
- Review contractor and subcontractor programmes for compliance
- logic and accuracy
- Conduct schedule risk and delay analyses and support Extension of Time
- EOT

- Coordinate with project managers
- design
- procurement and site teams to align resources and milestones
- Lead planning coordination meetings and guide junior planners
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in planning and project controls
- including at least 5 years in Saudi Arabia
- Currently based in Saudi Arabia
- Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline
- Experience on mixed-use developments
- high-rise buildings

- Background in engineering consultancy
- construction or infrastructure
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6
- with working knowledge of MS Project and Excel
- Strong analytical reporting and communication skills
